Please Note: Best Suited for Adults

Our casitas were thoughtfully designed originally as an “adult-oriented retreat". The space features spa-style amenities and curated décor that may not be suitable for young children. Guests should be aware of the following before booking:

• A steam shower with an exposed steam generator in the 1 bed 1 bath Casitas
   

• Curated adult artwork and delicate décor, including fragile vases
   

• Live music at the restaurant next door on select evenings, which can extend late into the night
   

• The property does not provide Pack-N-Play cribs, highchairs, or additional bedding
   

For these reasons, the casita is best suited for adults, couples, or travelers with older teens who are comfortable in a lively, arts-forward setting. Guests seeking a more child accommodating environment may prefer an alternative property

Rules:

• We do not allow pets or emotional support animals. You mustnotify staff if you are bringing a service animal. 

• You may cancel your reservation before 4 pm MST, 7 days before your arrival date, for a refund of your deposit. After 4 pm MST you forfeit the 50% deposit. 

• You are charged the remaining amount 24 hours before your arrival, this is non-refundable.

• Refunds will be charged a 3% transaction fee

• We do not issue refunds for early departures.

• Check-out is 11 am, Check-in is 4 pm

• Quiet hours are 10 pm - 9 am

• Guests may not remove artwork from the walls
